This strikes me odd – since it simply is not their style. Credit suisse is offering private banking and if you had money there i am reasonable certain you would know.
Otherwise it would be a swiss attorney making contact with you regarding a probate matter and not the bank.
It sounds like a scam, maybe you wish to contact credit suisse about this.

Credit Suisse Bank in London state they are holding Uk 500,000 Pounds for me in a Microsoft Lottery by E-Mail address. Does anyone know these people? i am beginning to think it is a SCAM!

Credit Suisse is giving me problems, because I want to transfer my funds somewhere else. What to do?
I have some funds in Switzerland since 20 years. I now want to transfer the funds to another country and bank. Credit Suisse is using all kinds of delay tactics to make it difficult for me. CS has alredy received the remittance instructions signed by the account signatory. It is quite a big amount we are talking about here and I want the funds tranfered as soon as possible. What can i do to make CS move? Where can I file an official complaint that bites them in the butt? What are my chances of suing them if they keep on dragging this out any further? What rights do I have?

It would have been more “clever” to transfer the most of the money before mentioning the final closing…
Anyway, either you travel to Switzerland and find a responsible manager – or you employ a lawyer (expensive) or you contact the organisation of the link offered. This office is sponsored by all banks together to get such problems settled without costs for the client.
